Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Beyond the Book Club's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans for monthly book boxes. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the recurring subscription fee on the billing cycle you selected
Receive monthly shipments according to your chosen plan
Provide accurate billing and shipping information
Notify us of any changes to your information

Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your billing cycle (monthly or quarterly). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellations must be made before the monthly cutoff date (typically mid-month) to avoid being charged for the next box. We do not offer refunds for boxes that have already been charged or shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship subscription boxes between the 10th-17th of each month. Delivery times may vary based on your location. You are responsible for:

Providing a valid shipping address
Ensuring someone is available to receive the package
Notifying us immediately of any delivery issues

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Product Selection

We reserve the right to select the books and gifts included in each monthly box. While we strive to provide clean, wholesome content, individual preferences may vary. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences regarding book selection.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Ensuring your contact information is current

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Beyond the Book Club or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Beyond the Book Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your subscription.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit harmful or malicious code
Engage in fraudulent activity
Harass or harm other users
Resell or commercially exploit our services
